Jeff Quail was introduced to the garment care industry in 1984 when he began working as a suit presser for President Tuxedo, a tuxedo rental company. In order to avoid getting laid off during the slow season, Jeff learned all the other jobs in the plant: dry cleaning, spotting, shirt laundry and finishing, alterations, helping with inventory control, and pulling and matching customers’ orders. Jeff went to work for Eagle Star Equipment in 2000. Over the years, Jeff has had his hands in just about everything at Eagle Star, helping train new investors in dry cleaning operations and techniques, assisting with parts sales, service calls, installations, plant layouts, store development, consulting and equipment sales. On June 1st 2022, Jeff joined the Sankosha family as the Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager with the goal of sharing all of his experiences with a new customer base and expanding his network throughout the Great Lakes Region.
